Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the product:

• Account details: name or display name, email address, and authentication identifiers from email/password or Google sign-in (via Firebase Authentication).
• Billing details: subscription plan, credit balance, purchase history, and payment status. Card and UPI details are processed by Razorpay — we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Content you submit: topics, scripts, prompts, uploaded images or logos, brand settings, captions, and publish schedules.
• Generated media: videos, images, audio, storyboards, and related job metadata we create for you.
• Social connections: when you connect a network (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or WhatsApp), we store OAuth access/refresh tokens (encrypted), account handles, and destination IDs needed to post on your behalf. We do not ask for your social passwords.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, feature usage, approximate region, browser type, and diagnostic logs needed to run and secure the service.
• Support messages you send us.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the service — including generating media, applying your brand settings, and scheduling posts.
• Authenticate you, maintain your session, and protect accounts.
• Charge credits, process subscriptions and one-time packs, and send billing receipts.
• Publish content to social accounts you connect, at the times you choose.
• Detect abuse, debug failures, and keep the platform secure.
• Communicate about your account, generations, and important product changes.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. AI generation and third-party processors

To create videos, images, speech, and related assets, we send prompts and necessary media to third-party AI, rendering, and infrastructure providers. Those providers process the data only to fulfill the request, subject to their own terms and security practices. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share (for example confidential personal data about others, or content you do not have rights to use).

4. Social publishing

If you use Publish, we request permission from the social platform to post using the account you authorize. Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish, refresh access, and show connection status. You can disconnect a network at any time; we then stop new posts to that account. Platform rules still apply — Animexa does not control Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, or other networks.

5. Payments

Paid plans and credit packs are processed by Razorpay. The processor receives the information needed to complete checkout (such as email and payment method). We do not store full card numbers.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, session, and product preferences. Analytics or similar cookies, if enabled, help us understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent the product from working.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With processors who help us run the product (hosting, authentication, AI generation, payments, email, analytics, social APIs).
• When you ask us to publish to a connected social account.
• If required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required).

8. Retention

We keep account, billing, and generated-content records for as long as your account is active and as needed for operations, disputes, and legal obligations. You can delete projects or disconnect social accounts in the product. If you want your account deleted, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport, access controls, and encrypted storage of social tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong unique password and keep your Google account secure if you sign in that way.

10. Your choices

• Update profile and billing information in the app.
• Disconnect social accounts from the Publish page.
• Cancel a paid plan (you remain on the Free plan unless you ask us to delete the account).
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing us. We may need to verify the request.

11. Children

Animexa is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International processing

We may process information in the country where our servers or providers operate, which may be different from yours. By using the service you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be notified in the product or by email.
