Terms & Conditions

1. The service

Animexa lets you generate videos, images, and related creative assets from prompts and uploads, store them in your library, and optionally publish them to connected social accounts. Features, credit costs, and available networks may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase a paid plan or credit pack.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, fail payment, or create risk for other users or the service.

3. Credits, plans, and payments

• Generation and publishing consume credits according to the prices shown in the product (and in Console for operators).
• Subscriptions refill credits on each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go packs add credits that do not expire unless we state otherwise.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law or we decide otherwise.
• Failed, cancelled, or unused generations may still consume credits when compute or third-party APIs were used. We may refund credits for confirmed platform failures on scheduled social posts.
• Prices, included credits, and watermarks (for example on the Free plan) may change. We will show current pricing in the app.
• Paid checkout is handled by Razorpay. Charges are in INR. Your bank may convert and add FX fees. Taxes (GST, VAT, or similar) may apply.
• See our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy (digital delivery only — no physical goods).

4. Your content and generated output

You retain rights in prompts, uploads, and other material you provide (“Input”). Subject to the rights of our licensors and third-party models, we grant you a license to use the media Animexa generates for you (“Output”) for personal or commercial use, as long as you comply with these terms and applicable law.

You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transcode, and display Input and Output as needed to operate the service (including generating, storing, showing previews, and posting when you ask us to).

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other users’ results, or restricted by model providers. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you publish or rely on it. Animexa does not guarantee that Output is unique, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Animexa to:

• Break the law, infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights, or generate illegal or exploitative content (including sexual content involving minors).
• Create scams, malware, or content intended to deceive people in a harmful way.
• Harass, threaten, or dox others, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected platforms.
• Resell raw API access, scrape the product, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.
• Bypass credit limits, watermarks, or safety filters.

6. Social publishing

Optional publishing lets you connect accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or WhatsApp and schedule posts. You authorize Animexa to post using those connections. You must comply with each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and advertising rules. Platforms may reject, delay, label, or remove posts. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or account bans.

You can disconnect a network at any time. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on that network.

7. Third-party services

The product depends on third parties (authentication, cloud hosting, AI models, payments, and social APIs). Their availability and policies are outside our control. Features may be unavailable when a provider is down or changes its API.

8. Intellectual property

Animexa, our branding, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product to you. Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Output will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Animexa AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Input, Output, social posts, or violation of these terms or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

12. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, the service, or pricing. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for violation of these terms or if we discontinue the product.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer entitled to sue in your home courts, that right remains. Mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
